What gym owners actually ask

What if you go out of business?

You own your Stripe account, not us — your member subscriptions live there. You can export your member and attendance data as CSV anytime, with one click. If Grappll vanished tomorrow, your business would not skip a beat: import the CSV into any other system.

Why should I trust a newer platform over an established one?

Established platforms have brand recognition. What we offer is a tighter, BJJ-specific product; faster fixes when you need them; a real human responding to support, fast. Pick the trade-off that matches your situation — both choices are valid.

Can I keep my current software running for a month while I try Grappll?

Yes — we recommend it. Run them in parallel for 2–4 weeks. We migrate your data into Grappll first, you compare side-by-side, and only cut over billing when you're confident. Most gyms do this.

What about my class schedule, attendance history, member notes?

All migrate. Member names, emails, phones, belt + stripes, join dates, monthly fees, attendance for the last 12 months, class schedule, and any notes you keep on members. Promotion history if your old system tracked it.

What if my current platform uses a processor other than Stripe?

Some platforms use processors other than Stripe (e.g. Square, Braintree). We can still migrate — your members may need to re-enter their card once when they log into the new member portal. We make this as smooth as possible with personalized emails to your members explaining the change. About 90% of members re-add their card within a week.

What does it cost?

Migration itself: free for the first 20 gyms. Subscription: free for 30 days, then $49–$199/mo depending on plan. Stripe takes their normal 2.9% + 30¢ on charges (the same as anywhere else).
